All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.
Regarding Covid-19: If for the 2020 Season, you have paid a non-refundable deposit and the hotel is closed during your intended stay, your booking will be transferred to a later date up until the end of November 2021. Please note that changes to your reservation may be subject to availability and tariff differences.
If a guest displays any symptoms of Covid-19 they should inform the manager, immediately self-isolate and request a test. If they are confirmed to have the virus, they should return home by private transport. If unable to return home the appropriate authorities will be contacted and the guest will be expected to pay all further costs.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is required to secure your booking. (£100 on weekly stays and £60 for festive breaks).
Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Check in time is 2pm. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.(11.00am on Sundays)
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.
Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at your intended arrival time, we would ask you to telephone and advise accordingly.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the costs as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service. Deposits are non refundable, but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
Accounts must be paid on day of arrival.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate without a refund, any contract should the conduct of any party, who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
Holiday insurance is recommended.
