Terms & Conditions

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

If a guest displays any symptoms of Covid-19 they should inform the manager, immediately self-isolate and request a test.  If they are confirmed to have the virus, they should return home by private transport as soon as possible.

 A non-refundable booking fee is required on reservation and will be deducted from the remaining balance which is due on arrival.  The  booking fee covers each individual room and is non transferable.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.

Check in time is 2pm.  Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. (11.00am on Sundays)

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.

All damages to be paid for in full.

Should you be delayed on your journey and not be arriving at your intended arrival time, we would ask you to telephone and advise accordingly.

In the event of any late cancellation or curtailment within 7 days of arrival, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the costs as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service.  The booking fee is non refundable, but will be deducted from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.

Accounts must be paid on day of arrival.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate without a refund, any contract should the conduct of any party, who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.

Holiday insurance is recommended.
